01Acceptance of Terms

By launching, playing, or otherwise using Witch Water — Cursed Lagoon ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Game. By brewing in Witch Water, you stir the cauldron and accept these terms.

02License to Play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. This license does not include any right to:

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game.
• Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Game's code.
• Use the Game's content, assets, or branding in any other product.

03Game Content

All visual elements, sounds, characters, gameplay mechanics, text, and code in WITCH WATER are the property of the Game's creators and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. No fish, item, or visual element acquired in the Game has any real-world monetary value.

04Fair Play

You agree to play the Game in a fair and lawful manner. You will not:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation tools, bots, or unauthorized third-party software.
• Attempt to interfere with the Game's normal operation or compromise its security.

05No Real-Money Gambling

WITCH WATER is a casual entertainment game. It does not involve real money, real prizes, or any form of gambling. Scores and catches are purely for fun and have no cash value.
